A delegation from Fraternitas Draconis, consisting of Grand Master Daniel von Rechitar, 
Grand Chancellor Stefano Mercuri, First Judge Luciano Costanzo, and Dame Elena Sterpul, attended the inauguration of the Russian Orthodox Church of St. Seraphim of Sarov in Chisinau last summer. The church was built thanks in part to the contribution of the Order and its Grand Master, who is very close to Father Andrei, rector of the church. For the occasion, the Archimandrite himself wanted to place a commemorative marble plaque in the atrium of the church in memory of the Order’s donation.
